Applicants must provide proof of income (minimum two pay stubs) and a photo ID along with their lease application. Each applicant/occupant over the age of 18 is required to submit their own application. Each application has a a screening fee. Credit and background checks will be conducted on all occupants/applicants over the age of 18. The fee is non-refundable and paid directly to the screening agency.
