2 bedroom's available in this 4 bedroom house. Room's are unfurnished. Renter would have their own bedroom, along with a shared bathroom and semi private loft split between both roommates.. Room's, loft and bathroom are located on the 3rd floor with great views of the superstitions. The kitchen and main living room are on the 1st floor and are a shared space with the owner. There is currently 1 Goldendoodle (dog) in the house. Parking - Street Parking Utilities are included in the rent and paid by the owner. Cox Gigablast internet Water Electric Must have stable income, non smoker. No drugs Looking for a long term renter 6 months+ Background check required prior to move in. ( It is a deal breaker for me if you can't pass a background check. ) Deposit of $750 is required. The area is quiet, safe and close to the 202/60 highway's.
