The pantry leads to a mud room for whatever people do in a mud room in AZ then through to the laundry room. We have included a handsome washer and dryer so you can do a load, if you need to, on day 1! This timeless labor of love is replete with carefully curated (by yours truly) lighting and plumbing fixtures, white oak flooring and bathroom tile designs you won't see anywhere else.
