I'm renting out this nice and cozy bedroom in a quiet house located in a gated community in East Point. The metro train station is a few minutes walking distance if you don't have a car. All utilities are included in the rent (electricity, gas, water and internet). The room comes furnished with a king size bed, bedsheets, pillows, nightstands, a 55' inch TV and a decent size closet. This is a clean, quiet and smoke free house. Looking for a mature professional who is easy to live with, respectful and who can afford to pay their rent on time. The bathroom is shared with a male roommate. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor.
