Shared living/roommate for rent

Hello! I'm looking for a roommate to share a big house in Chandler with me. The house is off Dobson and Warner and is close to Fry's, Walmart, Sprouts, ESPORTA Fitness and a ton of other businesses. Big back yard. Great neighborhood, very quiet and beautiful. Rent is $900 and utilities are split. You will have your own bathroom that's detached from the room in the hallway. It is a two bedroom with an additional office space/guest room. First month's rent plus $900 security deposit. Dog/cat ok with $350 pet deposit. Looking for a professional working woman between 25- 40s. Someone who is clean, respectful and that can communicate well and knows how to be fair and kind.
