Overview

Lovely house with a large backyard and lots of common space. Common spaces are furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. No smoking and no pets (landlord's policy). Move in date can be flexible (July - August). Room is not furnished and decorations in common spaces might change. The house has: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms washer/dryer fridge dishwasher garage large backyard office space dining room large kitchen 24 F, very relaxed and down to earth. I like to watch TV/movies in the evenings and lay low during the weekends. No massive parties and roommate respect is important. 2 rooms will be available, one is available now flexibly and the other available at the end of August / early September.
