Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

We are looking for a responsible mature person age 35 n up to rent the 4th room in our home. Must have a job, and your own transportation. NO PETS OR KIDS or couples . Must like dogs .Our home is quite, with no drama or parties. And we like to keep it that way. Everyone here is like family and has been here for several years . The room will be freshly painted when the right person moves in and is not furnished. Room size is 11x10. Rent includes , room, electric, internet and water. Use of all common areas, to include, washer and dryer , pool, kitchen( includes use of cook ware and dishes) & living room. There is also extra refrigerators in the garage to accommodate your food. Looking for someone who is chill like us who works and just kinda goes about their day. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself, are respectful, responsible, again have a job, your own transportation and have refrences please.
