Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

I'm renting the top floor of my house which consists of a large open space, which isn't furnished, however if you'd like to bring furniture for the large open room. There is a bedroom and a full bath as well. The house is usually quiet and I mostly stay to myself. I do need someone who is clean with their space and who cleans their dishes same day of use. I'm very laid back. I have a very sweet dog named Grace who is mostly inside. I have a doggie door so she is free to come out and in as she pleases.
