You enter the unit through a long corridor that separates the kitchen and living room while the bedrooms that are in the front. The kitchen has been fully renovated with new appliances and has a breakfast nook for two. The living room and kitchen share a room and allow for compartmentalized privacy between the two wings of the home. Towards the entrance, you'll encounter the four bedrooms that all have their own styling making your next room unique just like you. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental.
