Shared living/roommate for rent

Hey everyone! We're looking for someone to fill 1 bedroom in our 3 bed x 1 bath apartment in Crown Heights for a 12 month lease. Rent for the room will be $1233 + utilities (heat and hot water are covered by the landlord). The lease renews on 8/31 but we need someone who can submit an application BEFORE JULY 15th. Must have proof of income, decent credit score, security deposit, etc The Apartment: 2nd floor walk up A 7 minute walk to the A/C Nostrand ave stop and the Franklin Ave Shuttle. A nice 30 minute walk from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, and Brooklyn Public Library. A 15 min walk from the nearest 2/3/4/5 trains 10 minute walk to Bedstuy Room comfortably fits a Full sized bed Hardwood Floors Laundry in building Central A/C & heating Roof Access Updated appliances Pets are allowed in the building, but we personally ask for no cats About Us: You'd be living with two roommates. We're both friendly, creative types, and LGBTQ+ inclusive.
