Overview

The apartment is a 2bd 2bath in Flatbush with in-unit laundry. It's on the 4th floor in a walk-up. The available room has a private balcony and your own bathroom near the front door. There is also central a/c unit in both rooms and the living room. The apartment is near a Target, Aldi's and a few produce stores. It's a pretty chill neighborhood. My lease is ending and my roommate is staying so she will be the other roommate. She's very clean, friendly, chill and mainly keeps to herself. The apartment building is also very safe, there's cameras and no one ever steals packages.
