This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is great for a group of couples or a family. It is perfectly located in a tranquil neighborhood on a freshwater canal, providing you with gorgeous sunsets as this home has western exposure. Villa Adele is conveniently located near a variety of shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses, airports, and beaches. Living Room/Game Room: To the left of the front entry, you will find the game room which offers a poker table and a variety of board games for all ages! You won't even miss any of your favorite shows as this room also features a large flat-screen TV with surround sound. The living room offers comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a soundbar for your family and friends to enjoy a wonderful movie night. Kitchen: The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with anything you could need to make all your meals with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a large island with seats for the whole family to enjoy Sunday brunches! Adjacent there is additional seating in the breakfast nook, what a great place for family gatherings. Master Bedroom/Bathroom: You will appreciate the high-quality furnishings and masterful decorations in the master bedroom which offers a king-size bed, rocking chair, flat-screen TV, and a lovely window to enjoy the view of the pool and canal.
