The new resident will have a massive, natural light-drenched main room with 11 foot ceilings, a large kitchen and super private bedroom and bath on the lower level. This charming ADU has new central hvac, off street parking and its own private balcony/deck overlooking a park-sized heirloom pecan grove! All utilities, internet and lawn care is included in the rent. The main dwelling is the agent/owners/landlords part-time home. We are pet friendly. Please consider that we occasionally use the main property for TV and Film shoots, weddings and things of that nature.
