The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, ideal for larger families or couples traveling together as it can accommodate up to 8 people. It is conveniently located in the popular SW area of Cape Coral, with plenty of parks, shopping centers, and dining nearby. Close by is Sunsplash Family Waterpark, a family-friendly waterpark that offers 14 acres of aquatic fun, water slides, a lazy river, and a toddler section. If you want to get out and do a little adventuring, be sure to visit the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve with a walking trail, visitor center, and seasonal kayak rentals just a few miles away. Living Room: The large living room area with volume ceilings offers a sizeable ceiling fan with an oversized, plush sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV where you can kick back and stream a movie or watch your favorite shows.
