Minimum 1 year lease then 2 months notice after the signing date.This basement suite is located within walking distance 5 minutes of a Co-op Shopping Mall & about 10 minutes to Oak Bay Plaza. It is also very close to the Glenmore Reservoir, Southland Leisure Centre and Glenmore Landing. Bike paths & greenbelts are out just the back gate. The community is easily accessible (5-10 minute walk) to transit including the Max Yellow BRT. I am looking for one tenant who has full time work or is a student.
