Small dogs allowed with agreement from the building owner, SFCLT (A nonprofit organization whose mission is to create permanently affordable housing for low-to-moderate-income people through community ownership of the land). No elevator, street parking only. Pets: Small dogs allowed, Pet Security Deposit: $250, No cats please 12-month Lease. If Resident breaks this 12-month lease agreement, Resident must pay a violation fee of extra 2 month rent by the move-out day. This Agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter, until terminated by either Owner or Resident.
