The hot water is paid by the tenant. We have mulitple units available. Photos are not unit specific. Pet friendly with fees. Rent includes the following utilities: water, sewer, trash WE CONSIDER EVICTIONS AND FELONIES. PREAPPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO PRIVATE SHOWING. After you fill out your application, please make sure to hit submit, so you do not lose your work. Management will be alerted and will reach out to you : ) The application processing fee is $50.00 and payable only by credit or debit card. Once the application is processed the fee is non-refundable for any reason! LEASING IS RAN ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. IF YOU PAY AN APPLICATION FEE YOU ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY GUARANTEED A UNIT. YOU NEED TO BE DILIGENT IN RESPONDING TO COMMUNICATION AS IT RELATES TO YOUR APPLICATION AND BE AVAILABLE TO SEE THE PROPERTY. I.E YOU FILL OUT THE APPLICATION TODAY, IT'S APPROVED BUT YOU CAN'T SEE THE PROPERTY UNTIL NEXT WEEK. IF ANOTHER APPLICATION COMES IN, IS APPROVED, SEES THE UNIT AND THEN PUTS DOWN THE DEPOSIT THE UNIT WOULD GO TO THAT APPLICANT. YOU ARE STILL APPROVED WITH US FOR 6 MONTHS FOR ANY UNIT WE MANAGE AS LONG AS YOUR INCOME MEETS THE INCOME REQUIREMENTS.
