Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Hi all! My roommates and I are looking for one more person to join our lease in our incredible Bushwick duplex right by Maria Hernandez Park, with a flexible move-in of October 1 or later. The apartment is a 4 bed + 2 bath with a full balcony AND rooftop access (!!!). Rent is $1100/month. We're ten minutes from the Jefferson L & Central Ave M with easy access to Manhattan. The location is super central, with a ton of restaurants and venues around; we're located next to a jazz bar and across from a wonderful combination bookstore/cafe/bar, and L Train Vintage and Urban Jungle are both within walking distance. My roommate (Lark) is an actress and hostess; I'm a barista and writer. We're 420- and QTPOC-friendly and open to cats! Ours is not a party household, but socializing with each other/having people over/hosting occasional gatherings is the vibe we're looking for; common spaces are shared and tend to be populated. In roommates, we're seeking: - Good communication and cleanliness; able to agree on routines & boundaries together - Financial responsibility: paying rent on time, being transparent with each other about money - Ideally, an age range of 22-26 - POC strongly preferred!
