About this Home As you enter you will be greeted by an expansive gallery hall that perfectly separates the guest rooms from the living area. A modern saddle-colored leather sofa and black glass coffee table, serve as a warm counterbalance to the monochromatic walls within the communal spaces. A diverse collection of art is also displayed throughout the apartment, including accenting tropical plants. Space features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with ample room to stretch. Each room has its unique character and furnishing though all maintain the strict level of attention to detail one would expect from a June Home. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them.
