Hello, i'm the home owner, my name is Brandon. This was my first home, I've owned it for nearly 20 years. I know many of the neighbours here, and am looking for good long term tenants that will look after the home well. I live in Calgary, and I'm responsive when there are issues at the house.This is a safe neighbourhood in an older established area. Most of the neighbours have lived on this street for 20+ years, and are very welcoming and kind. The suite has 2 good sized bedrooms with large closets, a big living room, and ample kitchen space with granite tile counters. The backyard has lots of privacy from the new fence and has a patio for you to enjoy BBQ's and the sun.
