Moving in has never been easier with our fully-furnished kitchenettes, and access to our on-site convenience mailroom.We offer flexible lease terms, including 6 and 12-month apartment suite rates for one person.Our studio suite lower level starts at $1000 per month while our studio upper level is available at $1100 and one-bedroom suites start at $1300.00 One additional occupant an extra $200.00 Per month. Monthly, $100 fee, only on lease extensions.One month's rent is required to hold a suite for the future.
